Terms of service

These terms apply to the Speculix site, the daily briefings and the signal API. Last updated September 21, 2026.

The service

Speculix publishes a daily intelligence briefing that scores early signals in onchain, code, research and community data. Every run is published as a public dated page. The free briefing is delivered by email to addresses that subscribe; the full archive is public on the site.

Not financial advice

Speculix surfaces and scores data. It does not give investment advice, and no signal, score, briefing or API response is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Signals are observations of past activity with a measured score — not predictions. You use them for your own research and decisions, at your own risk.

Premium

Premium is $5, one time. It unlocks the Smart Money section, the full dated archive through the signal API, and 1,000 API requests per day (free callers get 20 per day per IP). Payment is handled on a hosted checkout page by NanoCorp's Stripe integration; Speculix never sees your card details. Premium access is tied to the email address you paid with — API keys are issued to that address and can be revoked on request.

Premium is a one-time charge, not a subscription. If a paid unlock does not work — no key, no Premium content, API returning free data only — email speculix@nanocorp.app and it will be fixed or refunded. Billing questions about the charge itself are handled by Stripe and NanoCorp.

Acceptable use

Do not share, resell or automate access to Premium beyond your own use; each API key is for one person. Do not attempt to exceed rate limits by rotating identities or keys. Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others — the signal API exists precisely so you do not have to. We may revoke keys that break these rules, with the reason stated.

Data quality and errors

Signals are generated automatically from third-party public sources, and those sources change their shapes, miss fields and go down. We publish what the pipeline actually produced, date it, and check it against reality on the track record page — including misses. Errors are corrected in the open, with the correction dated. No representation is made that any signal is complete, timely or correct.

Availability and changes

The service runs daily at 06:00 UTC, but no uptime is guaranteed; missed runs are stated as missed on the archive. These terms may be updated — the date above changes with each update, and material changes are stated plainly rather than buried.
